OZARK WOODS POLICIES

• Payment options: credit card, check and COD.
  Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover*
  *2.9% charge on all credit card orders, included in shipping.
  
  
• Check: check must be received before the order will be shipped. Checks must clear your bank, any check returned unhonored will be charged $30.00, and that person/company shall be responsible for the collection fee, plus amount of check. Your business/name will be submitted to the Taxidermy Association as well.
  
  
• COD: Full amount due must be paid upon receiving package.*
  *$15.00 COD fee per package.
  
  
• $2.00 fee added to orders under $35.00.
  
  
• Prices and items are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving package, order must be returned in its original packaging and condition to receive a full refund.
  
  Damaged packages must be reported within 3 days of receiving package to ensure proper handling of the package. FedEx policy states it must be reported within a week of the damage date, customer MUST keep all packing material and outer packaging in the condition in which it was received.
  
  
• All custom orders must be paid for upon placement of order. Shipping will be handled separately.
  
  
• Though it is always our goal for items to be shipped the day they are ordered, during the busy season we may need longer to fulfill your order.
  
  
• All items are shipped via FedEx.
  
  
• Large order discounts (Only applies to Ozark Woods shop-made items):
